Where do they come up with it?

So we were all driving to my moms house the other day. She was having a bad day so I offered to cook everyone dinner. We were on the way there and going through the Canyon the baby started to get fussy. I had just fed her before we left so I knew she wasn't hungry but apparently Madi thought differently:

Madi- "Mom, McKennas hungry"
Mom- "No I don't think she's hungry, she just doesn't want to sit"
Madi- "No mom I fink her's hungry. You maybe need to feed her again."
Dad- "Why don't you feed her?"
Madi-"I can't"
Dad-" Why not?"
Madi- "Because I'm not a mom."
Dad- "Oh, so only Moms can feed babies?"
Madi- "Yeah, from there boobie fings (is how she says things) from the milk"
Dad- "And where does the milk come from?"
Madi- "They cut them and pour the milk in them."
At this point we were both laughing silently
Dad-" They cut them?!"
Madi-"Yeah, and then the baby bites the mommy and milk comes out."
Dad- " Well, you kind of have the idea but I don't think they cut them and the babies don't bite for the milk to come out "
Madi- "Well then how does the milk come out of the hole." (Almost sarcastically as if saying you explain it better dad)

Then daddy explained it to her and she kind of got it.....Seriously though, where do they come up with this stuff?

My Little Beauty Queen

I think we might have a future Beautician on our hands !!! She loves to do her hair, her makeup (trust me I will have another post for that one) and painting her nails :/
She also has to wear dresses or skirts that twirl, if it doesn't, she will not wear it. Heaven forbid we even try to get a pair of shorts or capris on. She protests and says she will look like a boy.....WE DON"T WANT THAT!

Johns Incredible Pizza

So we decided to eat somewhere fun with Madi for a change. We went to Johns Incredible Pizza and she had a blast. We took her to play the games and they also have a few rides there. She loved this particular ride, a roller coaster on the screen and the seat would move up and down and bump around as she watched. Her face in the first picture says it all. We probably stood at this ride for a good 15 minutes while she rode it over and over again......forget playing the games :)
We all had fun, even though it was crazy busy.

The Dreaded 2 Month Visit.....Time for Vaccines

Dr. Mailander doing a brief physical on McKenna

Big Sister watching and waiting for the dreaded event. She was so scared for her baby sister and tried to console her every way possible. It was precious.

Daddy making her happy before they bring on the pain. She loves when he tickles her feet.

I hate this part!!! :(

McKenna was exhausted after the Dr visit. Final Score for 2 Months......12 lbs 14oz and 23 inches long. Not bad.
